and after a period of relative stability, Colombia is now slowly returning to the attention of many tourists
the major cities, such as Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali have an interesting history with many interesting sights
for even more history, you should definitely visit Cartegena, one of the few remaining walled cities in the world and the location for many pirate attacks in the past
even though you still have to be careful when travelling around Colombia, those who make the effort will definitely find much to enjoy
